 Meet or exceed the requirements of national, provincial, state, and/or local EHS laws and regulations.  In locations where applicable laws and regulations do not exist or do not meet our standards, we will apply sound EHS engineering controls, work practices, management practices, and personal protective equipment to protect all stakeholders including the environment.

 Work to eliminate injuries, continuously reduce employee blood lead levels, and protect the environment by creating minimal acceptable EHS standards and hold all of our operations accountable to these standards.

 Continue with our EHS auditing programs to assure compliance with not only regulatory requirements but also our own internal standards.

 Set aggressive EHS goals to reduce injuries, employee blood lead levels, and all forms of waste.  Leaders throughout our organization will be held accountable and measured on progress towards EHS excellence.

 Strive to build positive community relations in the locations in which we live and operate.

 Monitor emerging issues with respect to environment, health, and safety aspects keeping ourselves informed and up to date on regulatory changes and technological innovations.

 Use tools such as Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, sharing of best practices and lessons learned as means to continuously improve.

Each one of our businesses is responsible for implementing this policy, assuring that the proper human and monetary resources are allocated to create and implement the necessary programs to build the culture that will allow us to achieve world-class EHS excellence.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed.

Security

Published in Services Tuesday, 09 April 2013 21:23

Our experts get involved early on in the building design process. Working alongside architects, engineers and other key stakeholders at conceptual stage, we produce an initial strategy formulation and the design of security measures.

We design intelligent, state of the art security solutions which will interact with other automated building systems.

With an eye on architectural vision, we blend solutions discretely into the very body of the building, creating flexible spaces that are safe, secure and productive, whatever the intended use.

We work closely with all members of the design team for a building, from strategy through design, system specification, project management for on-site installation and commissioning of the security systems. Our consultants remain on hand once the building is commissioned, providing any operational and training requirements.

Our security and technology systems are designed in compliance with all ISO, British, European and local standards, the Disability Discrimination Act, Secured by Design, the CDM Regulations and data protection legislation.
